Finding the right therapist is super important. That’s why I offer a (free) Chemistry Call for all clients. This means that we get the chance to have a chat, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, how I might be able to help, and talk about next steps.

How I work and whether my approach feels like a good fit
Practical details such as availability, fees and next steps
Any questions you’d like to ask and anything else that feels important to let me know
My Session Fees
My session fees are a standard price of £65 for a 50-minute appointment
Please make payment via bank transfer at least 24 hours before the session time unless otherwise arranged (eg: if a a monthly invoice preferred)
Cancellation policy - please let me know within 24 hours of our session if you need to change the appointment time
