Seasonal motherhood wellbeing

Meditation | Movement | Mindset

Saturday 18 April
9.30am -12.30pm
Kiva & Zen Yoga Studio, Topsham, Exeter.

Introducing... Pause. Restore. Grow.

East Devon mamas, my dear friend, Nancy Osborne, and I have collaborated to bring our businesses Core Restore (yoga/pilates) and Grow Psychotherapy together for a nourishing, reflective session focused on meditation, movement and mindset for the season ahead.

We are mothers and we are both passionate about supporting other mothers during this time of matrescence, transition and emotional and spiritual growth. We invite mothers and carers at all stages of their motherhood journey to join us. Babes in arms / under one (ish) are welcome.

Seasonal Motherhood Wellbeing

We know personally how much connecting with the seasons helps us to become grounded through the challenges of motherhood and this is why we have chosen to theme our sessions with the changing seasons. We hope you will come back again and use this space again in the summer, autumn and winter as a seasonal check-in with yourself and others to help you on your motherhood journey.

What to expect

  • Welcome, introductions, short talk on matrescence, seasonal and cyclical living, intention setting

  • Breathwork, gentle movement and a guided seasonal meditation

  • Morning tea/break (with some yummy tea and cake of course)

  • Facilitated creative journalling session to help you reveal what changes you may need to make, what to let go of and what to nourish.

  • Concluding ceremony with reflections and gratitude practice

Are you ready to pause, restore, grow?

Tickets on sale now. Earlybirds £40 | Standard £45. Book now.
